We are currently seeking an experienced sales specialist with a technical background and proven track record in our industry. Responsibilities:- Draw on your strong relevant sales experience and relationships to build on existing sales foundation as well as discover and close new sales opportunities
- Presentations to customers and industry groups
Requirements:- At least 5 years in sales of controls and engineering products and services and a proven track record of account management and sales success

Sr. Control/Automation EngineerTarco is a company with skilled engineers, technologists, technicians, programmers and support staff that specialize in industrial automation and advanced rotating equipment controls, serving the oil and gas industry. As we continue to grow, we have an opening for a Senior Controls/Automation Engineer to join our skilled team to design, develop, install and commission industrial automation control systems. Responsibilities:- Preparation of electrical and control system drawing packages for review and construction
- Creation of technical documentation (control logic, programming narratives, test procedures, user manuals, installation/ commissioning manuals, etc.)
- Engineering drawings and technical documentation stamping
- Program development and testing with PLCs (AB, GE, Horner, etc.)
- Site installation, commissioning, and startup
- Preparation of as-built drawings with field surveys
- Provide support to project managers and project team
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Training development and delivery for groups or individuals
- Technical assistance for Sales and Marketing group
- Position will involve a moderate amount of travel
Qualifications/Requirements:The following is required: - Minimum a B.Sc. degree in Engineering
- Membership with APEGA or eligible
- 8+ years Industrial Control System Design Experience in the oil and gas industry using PLC or DCS systems
- Experience with on-site commissioning and startup
- Good knowledge of industry standards such as CSA, IEC, NEC, ANSI, API etc.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on full-time basis
- Ability to travel and work internationally
The following would be an asset for the position: - Team Leadership or Management Experience
- PMI experience and/or training
- Gas Turbine control system design experience

Responsibilities:- Assist in the design, testing, site installation, commissioning, and startup of electrical and control systems
- Provide specification of instrumentation and electrical standards to be used in control systems
- Onsite electrical and control system inspection, trouble shooting, repair, and calibration
